Ms.Susha John is the co-founder of Everonn Education Limited, the largest VSAT Education Network in the World and India’s second Largest Listed Education Company.

With a Master’s degree in Applied Science from the Faculty of Engineering at the PSG College of Technology, Ms. John has 25 years of experience in managing businesses. Ms. Susha John is an integral part of the strong foundation that Everonn is built upon and has been instrumental in the successful materialization of its various ventures. Capitalizing on the latest in pedagogy and technology, her significant contributions have helped shape the company to what it is today. Ms.John’s unflinching devotion to the cause of providing quality education to all across the nation has seen her spearheading several pioneering efforts of the company.

She has been on the forefront, leading Everonn on its constant quest to be the first to capitalize on the dynamic advances in all related fields of technology and education, thus developing an effective arsenal to take learning beyond the confines of geographical boundaries. Her keen involvement extends to every aspect in the organization right from the designing of processes and talent management to the implementation of large scale projects and introduction of virtual and interactive classrooms across India.

Taking Everonn from scratch to a well-connected network of schools, colleges and retail centers that deliver best-in-class content, she has helped change the lives of millions of students. Everonn with its work force of 7000 people reaches out to 8 million students through over 10,000 learning centres across the country. Under Ms. John’s eminent guidance, Everonn has been the recipient of several coveted laurels and accolades, including its listing on Forbes -'Best under a Billion' Asia List 2010 and is ranked among top 100 in the survey taken by Great Place to Work Institute and Economic Times - “India’s Best Companies to Work for 2011”.

Ms. John also holds august positions across various trade and professional bodies including serving as the Chairperson for the Board of Governance and as Hon. Treasurer for the Madras Management Association as well as being the Chairman for the IFA’s National Committee on Franchising in Education.
