Padma Bhushan Shri. Kapil Dev bowls over Everonn Students VIRTUALLY !

On the occasion of Children’s Day, Everonn honored five student achievers from various Corporation Schools of Chennai at Everonn’s V-SAT studio in Perungudi. Cricketing legend Padma Bhushan Lt-Col Kapil Dev felicitated the student toppers and interacted with over 3000 Everonn students from 65 schools across 12 states from the Everonn studio. He made this Childrens’ Day an extremely memorable one for students and all at Everonn.

Asked on his childhood dream, Shri Kapil Dev said... Cricket it was. I wasn’t a favourite of my teachers. The only day they loved me was on Sports Day. I did not give much importance to education, but today i have realised what a powerful tool it is. Sports can take you places and earn you a living for a while, but without education one cannot survive in this world.
