Jharkhand Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) was constituted in 2001. The council has since then, been involved in implementing various programs like the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), District Primary Education Program (DPEP), etc., with defined objectives. The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is an extensive scheme to universalize elementary education through district based, decentralized specific planning and implementation strategy by community ownership of the school system.

• JEPC has awarded the CEP to Everonn on modified BOOT (Build Own Operate Transfer) basis under SSA for a period of five years.
• Computer education is given to classes VI to VIII of 206 middle schools covering 22 Districts.
• The courseware is bilingual based on the syllabus prescribed by JEPC. The instructors are well qualified providing instructions in both English and Hindi. Hands-on training is also being given to teachers.
• Everonn has set up fully equipped computer labs in each of the schools.
• Generators are provided to tackle the power problem.

To enhance the quality of education delivery, Internet and multimedia CDs have also been provided.
