Job Description
  • Education Strategy Implement the Education strategy, policy and framework of services outcomes for Everonn, in order to accomplish the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the company.
  • Curriculum Design Review, design and develop a curriculum, appropriate for each school, in order to promote improved learning, performance and access to international Universities
  • Education Plans and Budgets Implement the education plan as per the financial budget in order to meet the strategic education objectives of the company. Continuously monitor performance during the year against budget, operational plans and performance objectives
  • Operational Leadership Provide professional leadership to all Schools and other institutions, in order to ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of education
Required Profile A Principal turned CEO of a group of institutions with Good interpersonal and People Management skills; good conceptual and innovative thinking skills; good planning and organising skills; strong communication skills-both verbal and written. A leader capable of effectively managing a large network of schools. A strategic thinker. An effective communicator, capable of forging strong working relationships

Job Description
  • Drive enrolments by promoting the school in the best possible way to new parents. Coordinate school tours for parents and visitors as required.
  • Develop communication channels, such as newsletters, and ensure the school parent population is fully aware of schools activities.
  • Maintain open lines of communications with existing parents and ensure that their concerns, complaints and compliments feedback are handled effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. Liaise with other school personnel or departments as required.
  • Coordinate parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities and celebrations. Support the school’s parent engagement activities.
  • Identify and anticipate the needs and requirements of new and existing parents.
  • Ensure that the School Principal/CEO and relevant staff are regularly informed of problems or unusual matters of significance.
  • Undertake regular surveys of parent views on subjects of relevance. Collate responses and produce analysis with recommendations in partnership with the Principal.
  • Promote, when appropriate, other Everonn Schools by arranging appointments, interviews and facilitate relationships between parents and Everonn Schools.
  • Provide stories and photographic material that promote the school’s achievements both academically and other, for Everonn Internal newsletter on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with the development of and the implementation of the school marketing strategy in conjunction with Corporate Marketing.
  • Promote the school by identifying newsworthy stories for the media on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that the schools achievements including; academic, sport, Arts etc. Guide and ensure that the school meets Everonn branding guidelines. This will be regularly reviewed and include, signage, collateral, touch points, five corners etc.
  • Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment.

  • Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors
Required Profile
  • Experience in a Marketing
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Ability to do multi-task and cope with peaks of demand
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
