- Shall be involved in the requirement assessment, designing of the specifications, proposing pilot Projects.
- Conducting comparative study of various products , services of competitors.

Required Profile |
- Good networking in the ICT space with regulatory bodies and the state / central government.
- Excellent proposal writing skills and making presentations.
- Should have handled technology sales
- 6-8 years experience in a direct sales role of selling products and services to government.
- Proven track record exceeding sales quota is required.
- Excellent verbal & written skills in English & the ability to read and speak in Hindi is required.
- Ability to interact with all levels within an organization.
- In- depth understanding of bureaucratic functioning and interrelationships.
- Using consultative selling skills to develop & close deals.

Job Description |
- Responsible for all the ICT projects running in allotted states.
- Ensures smooth running of the project thro the project team.
- Liaison with the department / Govt. Officials wit respect to project operation under his control
- Guide and mentor the Area Managers to ensuring timely deliverables of the project obligations, cost effective operation and work within budget, timely submission bills and collection of payment.
- Coordinate with service providers for the uptime of the project infrastructure and ensure zero penalties.
- Responsible for completing the implementation of new projects with the help of implementation team and do necessary coordination with HO support team.
- Have scheduled visits to state to review the project, mentor the project team, meet the department officials and maintain the relationship with the department and ensure the momentum of the project.
- Collect periodic performance reports from the project team , analyze and send the necessary reports to HO.

Required Profile |
- Appoint Business Development Managers for Marketing in the state where ICT projects are not running.
- Work with department officials at all level to conceive , design, propose, and acquire new business in the state.
- Play a key role with department from the time of designing the tender to ensure criteria are framed in such a way that Everonn will score high marks during evaluation.
- Participate in tender / pre bid meetings to represent Everonn.
- Hunt and get for small volume of education / training orders that can be awarded without floating tenders.
- Responsible for achieving ICT- Education target of the region.
