Mr. P. Kishore
Managing Director

A first-generation entrepreneur and pioneer in building a business model around computer education at schools, Mr. Kishore has promoted IT-enabled education since 1987 and founded Everonn in 2000. Mr. Kishore is a visionary by nature with a passion to excel, a zeal he imparts to every Everonn employee.

Ms. Susha John
Whole-Time Director 

With a Master’s degree in Applied Science from the Faculty of Engineering at the PSG College of Technology, Ms. Susha has over 20 years’ experience in managing businesses, right from the start-up stage to their establishment as process-driven and profit-making organizations.

Mr. Joe Thomas
Non Executive and Independent Director

Mr. Joe Thomas holds a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, and has 23 years experience in International Business, of which 11 years were with Procter & Gamble in India and has headed its Marketing Division for South Asia. He is President - Strategic Business Development at Strides Arco Lab Ltd. He has guided many strategy development and organization building in Regional and Global companies. He now heads BioServe Biotechnologies Ltd as their M.D. and COO (Global)

Mr R. Sankaran
Non Executive and Independent Director

Mr. R.Sankaran has over 40 years of experience in Financial Management and made substantial contributions in various capacities to the operations and financial performance of various companies. He was employed in various capacities with Rourkela Steel Plant. He was a Financial Adviser of Hindustan Steel Works Construction Ltd and later became Director Finance of ACC Babcock Ltd. Lastly, he was employed as Senior Financial Advisor – Tata Steel Limited. He has held Directorships in various TATA group companies and other private and public limited companies..

Dr. K. M. Marimuthu
Non Executive and Independent Director

With a Master’s degree from IIT Kharagpur and a Doctorate in Genetics & Cytology from Mc Master, Hamilton, Canada, Dr. Marimuthu was formerly the Vice Chancellor of Bharatiar University with the distinction of holding the post for two terms. He has served in many universities in India and abroad and has authored many books and research papers. Dr. Marimuthu is currently Professor Emeritus at the University of Madras, Chennai.
